We run an incredibly successful training programme, called the Academy.

An innovative scheme that helps you learn how to be a successful recruitment consultant, whilst earning a wage and aided by top tier training There are bonuses during the programme,and once you pass the 3 months, you will be placed within one of our teams as a junior consultant and start earning uncapped commission You will be working closely with all departments, to understand the foundations of recruitment.

Three months of training includes:

Assignment writing
Training
Meetings
Shadowing of consultants

Preferably have 6 months customer facing/sales experience
