The Company

We are working with an established insurance broker in the Poole area who are currently going through a period of growth.

Due to this they are looking to add to their team of Complaint Handlers

The Role:

As a Customer Relations Executive you'll be an essential member of the Operations team dealing with front line complaint cases, communicating confidently and effectively over the phone, sometimes in challenging circumstances and always in a friendly, empathetic,and professional way.

You'll play a key role within the department and will provide a supportive network to the business, helping to learn from customer feedback and adopt best working practices to help the business run smoothly.

The Required Skills:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proactive mindset with the ability to work individually and part of a team
