Description

A globally recognised insurer with a strong presence in the London Market, are looking for a Finance Manager to join their growing, dynamic team on a contract basis.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for back-filling the Finance Manager within the Accounting Operations team.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for, but not be limited to:

Responsibilities:

Produce all necessary US GAAP inputs for regulatory returns
Ensuring compliance with Solvency II regulations to maintain the financial stability of the company.
Delivery of the monthly close process, particularly the Syndicate entities, and drive the key insurance accounting reporting processes.
Leading the continual improvement of appropriate processes and controls

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CA/ICAEW Qualified with experience postqualified
Experience in managing a London Market (re)insurance company or Syndicate finance team, with experience in nonlife insurance
Experience of SAP and Finance BI
