Contract Duration:
Initial 3 Months


Rate:
£300 per day (Inside IR35)

Schedule:
Full-time, 5 days a week


Are you a skilled 2nd Line Support Specialist with a passion for resolving technical issues? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team onsite in West London for an initial 3-month contract, offering £300 per day (Inside IR35).


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive 2nd Line Support, resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
  • Offer technical guidance and assistance to endusers, promoting best practices for IT systems usage.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a 2nd Line Support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Ideally experience of Office 365 and OneDrive migration projects
  • Experience with Active Directory administration and user management.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Right to work in the UK.
