Salary
- £35k per ann - £45k per ann depending on experience

Here at Kerry Collins Recruitment, we are delighted to be representing our client who are a Health & Safety Consultancy.

Our client is currently looking for a Level 2 Fire Risk Assessor in either London, Kent or Hampshire to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role is remote based working from home and travelling to multiple sites.

Summary of key responsibilities;

Undertaking fire risk assessments at clients premises
Report writing
Building relationships with clients
Responding to adhoc fire related queries
Undertaking other fire safety related consultancy works such as liaising with enforcement officers on clients behalf
Undertaking administration duties as dictated by the needs of the organisation
Liaising with current and potential clients
Promotion of services
Achieving key performance indicators (mainly quality KPI's)

Person Specification;

2 Years experience field based fire risk assessor
Understand the fire risk assessment process
Nationally recognised 5day fire risk assessment course
Membership level of IFSM or IFE
Having gained acceptance on Tier 2 Competent Fire Risk Assessors Rights (CFRAR) would be an advantage but not essential, however this would need to be applied for within 12 months
Good understanding and current working knowledge of the regulatory reform (fire safety) 200
Fully conversant with IT
Microsoft Office Suite
Full clean driving licence
