Hospital Discharge Healthcare Assistants

£15.00 per hour incl. + profit share.

Are you an experienced carer looking for a new challenge, supporting service users on a one to one basis in care home settings?


TCS is owned by all its employees and we are looking for caring and experienced individuals to join our team.

We have full and part-time vacancies, days and nights, with the following benefits.

The Job:


  • We are looking for a compassionate, reliable Hospital Discharge Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated team.
  • You will be responsible for assisting individuals on a one to one basis in residential/nursing homes and private hospitals.

The hours are as follows:
Full and part-time hours available, 12 hours days and nights.
