Receptionist/Guest relations

Rare and fantastic opportunity to work as a receptionist and guest relations for one of London's leading venues. This is a fast-paced role where you will be the go-to person for any client requests. You will have a bubbly personality and work alongside a friendly team in a fun environment. In return, you will gain fantastic exposure to the events world. Hours will be between 8 am - 5 pm/9 am - 6 pm.

What you'll do:

Be the first point of contact to meet an greet clients
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Schedule appointment and events preparing for meetings and providing refreshments
Act as a brand ambassador and maintain professional reputation
Keeping systems up to date
Supporting projects with ad hoc admin duties

Who you are:

You must have prior experience working reception or guest/client relations role
A positive, personable 'can do' attitude
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Organised and punctual
Used to using initiative and working in a fast paced, environment
