Abacus Careers are delighted to be working with a fun, friendly and successful business based in South Belfast, we are seeking to hear from Accounts Specialists with experience in payroll.

In your new role you will:

  • Administer the firms payroll bureau for all clients, ensuring all deadlines are met and all employer reports are prepared and submitted as required.
  • To assist the payroll supervisor and manager to ensure the payroll bureau runs smoothly and assist with additional client reporting requirements and ensure work is prepared and finalised to a high standard.
  • To assist with other work within the firm as required.
  • To carry out one off assignment as and when required by Managers and Partners.
  • Opportunities to expand knowledge into other areas such as bookkeeping and accounts.

Who you are:


  • Minimum 1 years' experience in a busy finance role or payroll bureau
OR

Open to graduates with no experience - training will be provided.

  • Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
