Main Duties of the Job:


  • Providing effective mobilisation support to the mental health teams and operational management.
  • To provide induction and demonstrations to new team members for local procedures and systems.
  • Working with Mental Health Teams providing support, demonstrations and information relating to service transformation.
  • Acting as the first point of contact within teams for queries relating to new developments or changes within the team and liaising with the appropriate person to provide solutions.
  • Attending meetings where appropriate with the Transformation team to support and develop knowledge to enable successful mobilisation of new processes, systems and services to the clinical teams.
  • Creating, maintaining and managing documentation to facilitate the successful implementation of change within teams.
  • Supporting teams in delivering transformation and change within own areas.

As a Project Mobilisation Officer you will be a key member of our team and a valued and respected part of our service.

This roles requires you to work alongside mental health nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists, support workers, psychiatrists, operational managers, business support and the project team.

This role is a great mix of assisting the transformation team with any new projects occurring through the care group, and also hands on work in the clinical team itself, inducting all new starters to the team, giving them a supportive and informative introduction to MPFT and also being a point of contact for the clinical members of the team in any new systems or procedures being rolled out.
