Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location:
Manchester, Trafford Park (The Wirral can be considered)

Salary:
£22,000 - £30,000

Holiferm is facilitating the transition of the $42 billion surfactant market from harmful, fossil fuel-based chemicals to biobased alternatives


We produce sophorolipid biosurfactants:
renewable, biodegradable, and mild alternatives to the petrochemical-derived surfactants used in household cleaning, laundry, and personal care products.


Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:

  • Work with teams to identify roles needed throughout the business and key requirements for each role.
  • Facilitate onboarding of the new hires.
  • Gathering, analysing and reporting recruitment information.
  • Role likely to involve working with other functions, such as following up sales leads at conferences.

Requirements:
