My client is a highly successful and iconic creative technology and manufacturing company, that create exciting and innovative inventions and tech that no one else can match - and they're growing, fast

They are in need of an experienced and ultra-organised PMO lead to support a Programme Manager running a business-critical programme with a large budget in their broad experience portfolio in e-commerce, front end and digital experience.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the Programme Manager will all administrative and organisational tasks related to the programme.
Resource planning/management experience
Experience managing Planview
Microsoft Project experience
Budget monitoring/management experience

Key Skills:

Project Management experience/ portfolio or PMO leadership experience required
PlanView, or any PPM tool knowledge and subsequently, resource management and allocation experience
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentations skills targeting various stakeholders and senior management
Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business problems
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detailoriented, and strong interpersonal and influencing skills
