Description

As commercial lead, the post holder will provide and deliver a high standard of service within the remit of their role, which will involve the provision of a full range of pre and post-contract commercial management services, and contract advice across every aspect of Capital Programme delivery.

The post holder will be the principal advisor on appropriate procurement strategy, contract selection and overseeing the management of costs for all major capital projects (from £250K to £500m) from initial inception, through to the financial close of projects to minimise the Trusts exposure to cost risks or loss in service provision.
