Description

Our client, an independent estate agency, is looking for a full time Sales Progressor to join their successful office in Patchway. Working 'Front of Office' you will get to work amongst the buzz of a very busy and productive office.

Duties:

Ensure smooth transaction of property sale from acceptance of the offer to completion.
Dealing with customers enquiries both on the telephone and face to face
Booking of valuations and viewings
Assisting the sales and lettings team required by answering calls and booking appointments.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel etc
Customer Service skills
Strong organisational skills
Time management
Able to converse with all parties from clients to mortgage advisors & solicitors.

Salary:
£22,000 per annum + commission

Hours: 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday, 1 in 3 Saturdays with a set day off the following week
