LEAD ECOMMERCE FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT| UP TO £90,000 | REMOTE

SUMMARY

I am working with an eCommerce consultancy, looking for a solution consultant/business analyst with strong
technical experience on a relevant ecommerce platform (SAP Hybris, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Shopify) to deliver solutions to large client stakeholders.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Conducting client research of their current technology stack
-
Lead platform discovery projects and suggest logístical solutions which meet the client requirements
-
Lead workshop sessions to 30+ clients, articulating and translating the technical aspect into an easy-to-understand way
-
Lead replatform projects and create/manage the scope on the SAP Hybris platform
-
Leadtransformation projects to deliver a defined client expectation

  • Help design client roadmaps and backlog grooming
  • Work on order management

REQUIREMENTS:

-
Minimum 3+ years' experience on an eCommerce platform (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento, SAP Hybris)

  • Leading discovery workshops to gather requirements
  • Translate requirements from a workshop into highly technical concepts to other stakeholders
  • Understanding of the full product life cycle for eCommerce systems
  • Good understand of the Salesforce core CRM platform (sales/service cloud)
  • Experience in B2B and B2C implementation would be beneficial
  • Experience with Order Management would be highly advantageous
  • Excellent collaboration skills and attention to detail
