Finance Assistant

The Society is seeking a part-time Finance Assistant to work as part of its small team, 14 hours per week, with the option to work over 2-4 days.

Although the role is contracted to work from our Central London office, there will be the opportunity to primarily work from home.

pro rata £24,500 to £28,954 pa Full Time Equivalent

About the role:

To input purchase and sales ledger invoices, for the organisation and external clients
Raise and issue sales ledger invoices
Reconciliation of Supplier and Customer Accounts

About you
To be successful as Finance Assistant you will be experienced and familiar with basic bookkeeping and administrative procedures.

You will also have:

Proficiency and experience in Sage Intacct and Sage Line 50
Basic Bookkeeping skills with working knowledge of accounting procedures
Ability to work independently, with initiative, or as part of a team
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
Highly organised, diligent, and detailorientated
Good communication skills
