As a
1st Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and manning of the Operations & IT Support Desk, delivering 1st Line support to a growing remote user base.

Responsibilities:

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and other IT equipment
Providing in person, telephone or online technical support across the company troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving hardware and software issues.

Key-Skills:

Qualifications in IT would be advantageous.
Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office 36
Strong administration skills.
Experience in a similar role with customer/IT support.
Good Excel skills and any exposure to SQL is preferred.
