Manufacturing Scheduling Manager

*Manufacturing Scheduling Manager required by global Medical Device organisation based in Oxfordshire*A global Medical Device organisation, based in Oxfordshire, currently are on the search for a new Manufacturing Scheduling Manager to lead the Manufacturing Scheduling team.

Upon joining, the Manufacturing Scheduling Manager will be responsible for the leade4dhip of the scheduling team, driving them toward best practice.

The Manufacturing Scheduling Manager will work closely with key stakeholders in Operations, Supply Chainand Finance as well as R&D teams to ensure a smooth transition of new products in to standard manufacturing planning processes.

In terms of skills, we are looking for a Manufacturing Scheduling Manager who has excellent experience in a similar role and a solid understanding in Manufacturing and Supply Planning processes, within a Manufacturing environment.

A strong understandingof S&OP/IBP would be great as well as having any experience of working within a regulated environment. Solid and demonstrable leadership skills is a prerequisite for the role.
