Agency Express, the UK's largest supplier of estate agency board services, are looking to expand their established support team.

Working Hours:
Monday-Friday 8.30 to 17.00


Holiday: 20 days holiday + bank holidays


Salary:
Commensurate with experience


Job Overview


The Junior Support Executive will work collaboratively with the Agency Express Head Office team to provide a high standard of customer service, both to our franchise network & our customer base as well as work to assist the team with administrative tasks within the office.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answer incoming calls and redirect them as necessary
  • Answer basic customer queries
  • Gain a basic understanding of our bespoke CRM system and then be capable of answering queries relating to this system
  • Basic system administration
  • Place and track stock requests with key suppliers
  • Partake in general administrative tasks about the office. Including, but not limited to, photocopying documents, franking letters, and assisting with mail shots
  • Packing and dispatching stock to franchisees

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Previous experience in the customer service sector
  • Confident phone manner
  • Valid UK driving license

Salary:
£18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:
