Agency Express, the UK's largest supplier of estate agency board services, are looking to expand their established support team.
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday 8.30 to 17.00
Holiday: 20 days holiday + bank holidays
Salary:
Commensurate with experience
Job Overview
The Junior Support Executive will work collaboratively with the Agency Express Head Office team to provide a high standard of customer service, both to our franchise network & our customer base as well as work to assist the team with administrative tasks within the office.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them as necessary
- Answer basic customer queries
- Gain a basic understanding of our bespoke CRM system and then be capable of answering queries relating to this system
- Basic system administration
- Place and track stock requests with key suppliers
- Partake in general administrative tasks about the office. Including, but not limited to, photocopying documents, franking letters, and assisting with mail shots
- Packing and dispatching stock to franchisees
Desired Skills & Experience
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Previous experience in the customer service sector
- Confident phone manner
- Valid UK driving license
Salary:
£18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Norwich, NR14 8HT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
