We have an opportunity for an Executive Personal Assistant to join us to provide professional executive support services to the Chief Executive, Executive Team, Chair of the Board and Board Members as well as administrative support, where required, to the Governance Manager.
The role
We're looking for an EA / PA to provide excellent secretarial and administrative work for the Executive Team which will include assisting in the production of presentational material and reports, the preparation of agendas, the publication of board packs, the action of mail as appropriate and responding to telephone enquiries and screen calls where applicable.
Effective diary management and appointment scheduling along with arrangements for the travel and attendance at meetings, courses, seminars and other functions will also be a key part of the role.
What are we looking for:
- Significant experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent level of IT skills
- The ability to manage a busy workload and set priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels
- Discretion and confidentiality
