We are looking to recruit a Dental Therapist for our Practice in York City Centre, to start as soon as possible.


What we are looking for:


  • Selfemployed Dental Therapist preferably with a minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Full or Part Time Position (34 days per week)
  • Available to work 8am to 5pm (with 1 hour lunch)
  • Must be GDC Registered
  • Must have suitable indemnity
  • A passion for dentistry and professional development
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to our team and our practice
  • Empathetic, kind, welcoming with a positive outlook

What we can offer you:


  • Your own patient list.
  • Children (and a small number of adult) NHS recare examinations and treatment.
  • 1to1 support from a dentist for prescriptions and xrays and to review patients for Band 3 NHS care.
  • Chairside support from one of our excellent dental nurses
  • Very Low FTA rate
- £10 per UDA

  • Access to funding for further training/qualifications which would benefit the practice
  • An established independent dental practice with clinical director on hand
  • Referrals from experienced clinicians and direct access available
  • A supportive and experienced Practice Manager, Lead Dental Nurse and Lead Patient Coordinator
  • A friendly and well organised team of dentists, hygienists, dental nurses and patient coordinators
  • Modern equipment and Dentally software
  • Fantastic location only a few minutes' walk from York City Centre and York Train Station with good bus links and 'pay and display' parking nearby.

Salary:
Up to £60.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • No weekends

Experience:

Dental Therapy: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • GDC Registration (preferred)
