    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Liaison Officer to support the delivery of our new-build homes project. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced role, enjoys problem-solving, and can work effectively across multiple stakeholders.

    Job Description

    The Customer Liaison Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project team, including managing road permit applications, submitting vesting applications, uploading certificates and compliance documents to external council and utility portals, maintaining up-to-date drawings via Dropbox/SharePoint, and ensuring all project files are current and organized.
