Working at the Mammoet office in Thornaby, Teesside with some travel required

Working with an established but small HR team, the successful applicant will support the team in providing a streamlined and efficient service to staff across the United Kingdom.

The role has a wide remit which will include all aspects of Recruitment and Human Resources and is a vital role in the business.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Providing administrative support to the HR Department
Recruitment & selection
Preemployment and new starter processes
Working with employees to provide HR advice across the business
Exit process for employees
Logging and recording of employee data

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

GCSE Grade 4 or above in English and Mathematics
An interest in the Human Resources function as a whole
Excellent IT skills, in particular Microsoft Office packages
Excellent communication skills, able to communicate at all levels
The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Full UK driving licence (desired)
