• Taking telephone calls from both customers and taxi drivers
• Logging bookings into our computer dispatch system
• Helping customers with enquiries
• Logging complaints and lost property enquiries
• General office duties

• 
  1 x Evening shift 4 x 7pm to 1am (Including Friday and Saturday evenings)

• Company pension

• Weekend availability

• Southampton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

• English (preferred)

• Driving Licence (preferred)
