The key responsibilities of a Payroll Administrator will include:- Processing payroll accurately and on time in accordance to the SLA
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation
- Reconciling payroll discrepancies
- Managing and resolving payroll queries
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection standards
- Performing yearend processing and reporting
- Continually improving payroll processes and systems
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
- Proven experience in a similar payroll position
- Knowledge of payroll software and systems
- Ability to recalculate payslips manually
- A strong understanding of payroll legislation and regulations
- An excellent attention to detail
- Adept at working with numbers and data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
