The key responsibilities of a Payroll Administrator will include:

  • Processing payroll accurately and on time in accordance to the SLA
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation
  • Reconciling payroll discrepancies
  • Managing and resolving payroll queries
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection standards
  • Performing yearend processing and reporting
  • Continually improving payroll processes and systems

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Payroll Administrator should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar payroll position
  • Knowledge of payroll software and systems
  • Ability to recalculate payslips manually
  • A strong understanding of payroll legislation and regulations
  • An excellent attention to detail
  • Adept at working with numbers and data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
