Reporting to the Senior Stores & Charities Communications Manager (SCCM) the role of Stores & Charities Communications Executive is to bring this purpose to life by executing local/regional PR and developing creative social campaigns.

They will also support the Senior Stores & Charities Communications Manager in the execution of the bi-annual Store Manager Rally and in the engagement with our three national Charity Partners and the Partners Foundation.


Responsibilities include:


  • Demonstrate the positive role Domino's plays in its communities by:
  • Maximising regional media coverage and social/digital opportunities across new store openings, community initiatives and developments across sustainability in our stores
  • Demonstrating how we support our charity partner's, Teenage Cancer Trust, Barretstown and NICH, through local/regional PR and social campaigns.

Promoting stores as a great place to work and build careers, through:

  • Multi-channel recruitment PR and social campaigns
  • A drumbeat of people focused communications through team member and franchisee profiling and storytelling
  • Showcasing Domino's development of world
- class franchisors through our Home-Grown Hero programme.

  • Supporting the delivery of the bi
- annual Rally for franchisees, store managers, business partners/suppliers and DPG (next hosted in 2024)

  • Work with the SCCM to drive engagement, awareness and fundraising for our three national Charity Partners and the Partners Foundation
  • Deputising for the SCCM when they are absent

What we are looking for

  • Experience working across a broad range of communications disciplines ideally both external PR and events
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; able to present clarity and passion when communicating with stakeholders
  • Strong written communications and literacy skills
  • Collaborative team player who can influence others across the business
  • Enthusiastic with high personal motivation and ability to use own initiative
  • Firstrate organisational and strong planning skills
  • Flexible and pragmatic with a handson attitude
  • Ability to think creatively and make use of channels such as video, animations and podcasts***
