Representative:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns with empathy and patience
• Perform data entry tasks to update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
• Analyze customer interactions to identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling products
• Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring clear understanding of their needs
• Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (Bilingual/Multilingual)
• Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
• Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Ability to work well in a teamoriented environment
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with composure

Pay:
From £30,000.00 per year
