Job Summary:

The full-time career coach will be responsible for teaching job training courses in the UK, having a comprehensive understanding of the UK job market and recruitment processes.

They should be patient, enthusiastic about teaching, and able to effectively transmit knowledge to students and successfully guide them in obtaining job offers.

Responsibilities:

Provide 25 hours of oneonone career coaching sessions to students each week.
Lead curriculum development and plan the overall direction of the courses.
Teach students careeroriented courses, including job positioning, resume writing, cover letter writing, online test practice, interview training, and emotional support.
Develop individualized career plans for students and monitor their progress.
Answer students' daily careerrelated inquiries.
Proficiently use software such as Word, Excel, and project management tools like Airtable, Lark, Slacks, Notion.

Requirerments:

Proficiency in both spoken and written
Chinese and English.
Experience receiving job offers and working in renowned companies in the UK.
Experience in career coaching and successfully guiding students to secure job offers.
Comprehensive understanding of the UK job market and familiarity with its trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, crossteam collaboration skills, and proactive work attitude.
Patience, ability to handle stress, strong execution skills, and teamwork spirit.
Detailoriented, responsible, diligent, and willing to handle intricate tasks.
