About Our Client:
Page Personnel are currently working with a well established legal company who are seeking an Accounts Assistant, who will provide crucial support to the accounting and finance team in delivering high-quality financial services.
With a sizeable team of dedicated professionals, they maintain a strong presence across multiple locations, delivering top-notch services to a broad client base.
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage client account transactions
- Prepare and submit VAT returns
- Assist with the production of monthly management reports
- Handle petty cash transactions and record financial information
- Provide support during audits
- Comply with all legal requirements in the professional services industry
- Liaise with team members to ensure smooth financial operations
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- Relevant academic qualifications in finance or accounting
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Strong understanding of financial compliance within the professional services industry
