Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to individuals with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients.
• Support clients in maintaining a clean and organized living environment.
• Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for clients, promoting their independence and dignity.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Document and report any changes in clients' condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor.

£11.95-£18.20 per hour
