Job Description:

Job Location: Frimley (Office Based)

Salary: £19,000 per annum


As part of the role you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Local Super User and System and Processes Manager with the effective monitoring of systems data.

This will also include the provision of data to external bodies and internal users in a timely and accurate manner.


Other duties include:

  • The provision and maintenance of SharePoint sites required by the business.
  • Provide end user support and assistance to problem resolution by logging appropriate actions with systems Helpdesk.
  • Maintain the general web user manual to ensure accuracy for training purposes' and data entry quality and competence of end users.
  • User acceptance testing with new or changed information systems or databases.
  • Implement corrective action as required to maintain or improve operating systems.
  • Support the testing and implementation of new certification databases to ensure effective operations of business and ongoing profitability.

Qualifications:


To be successful in this position you'll have:

  • Good Microsoft Office experience (specifically Excel and Word)
  • Customer service experience
  • General administrative and office skills
