Responsibilities

Working with a diverse group of colleagues across the Marketing, Sales and Technology teams to deliver, enhance and manage a cohesive set of digital solutions and technology to empower the marketing and sales teams to deliver a modern and effective experienceand service to our clients and audiences.
Championing our clients and audiences, you will ensure that we focus on their perspectives, outcomes and experiences in the approaches we take, and the decisions we make.
Responsible the website development roadmap and the management of the marketing team's use of our existing platform.
Management of the development, evolution and adoption of the external and proprietary tools and apps for our marketing and sales teams.
Collaborating with the wider sales, marketing and client experience teams, you ask questions like 'what would the client think?' and 'how will this help our customers?'. This statement covers both our external, feepaying clients, as well as internal 'clients'of the apps or tools we have developed
Using data, research and user feedback as key components of our decisionmaking process.
You are a positive force for change, capable of aligning teams that will advance our digital engagement strategy and deliver business impact.
Responsible for relationship management with our agency and digital technology partners, as well as the relationship with our technology team.

Required Experience

At least 7 years' professional experience of leading in B2B marketing strategy, digital marketing, marketing technology, and digital customer experience in B2C or B2B Retail, Tech or Telecoms, Asset Management capacity or within an agency or larger corporateenvironment.
Expert in using digital platforms and project management tools (Salesforce, Adobe, JIRA etc)
Experience in marketing automation and client digital journey mapping
