About the role

At a stage of hypergrowth, LTK, the world's largest creator monetisation platform, is looking for a Influencer Growth Consultant, to manage & grow a team and a portfolio of influencers in the UK, ensuring they receive world class strategy & guidance to increase their earnings and business.

This includes creating and delivering high impact strategies to drive creator performance, empowering usage of the platform, utilising data to reinforce strategic, scalable initiatives and activities, trend analysis and long-term planning.

This role will own an influencer portfolio and will be responsible for managing these influencers whilst working cross functionally to enhance each influencers business.

It involves important teamwork within the Influencer Platform, Marketing and Brand Platform team, frequent interaction with external clients and travel to be the face of LTK amongst your portfolio.

How you will make an impact

Build the best in class coaching for a portfolio of influencers.
Own and manage a portfolio of influencer accounts, nurturing both at scale and personally via 11 meetings, whilst maintaining the company's existing relationship with top performing influencers and being the goto person; building the best in class relationships
Develop and deliver short, medium & long term growth strategies for a portfolio of influencers to increase their earnings
Be an expert on the social media landscape, constantly keeping up to date with social media developments with a view to consulting influencers about how to leverage each channel effectively to grow their business/audience/sales/LTK Shop, etc
Provide timely internal reporting, trend insights and analysis, creator insight & feedback, identify areas to address or new opportunities/process improvements to support the business and influencer lifecycle
Maintain highperformance culture of excellence
Attend influencer events when necessary
Demonstrated success in communication skills, particularly in professional

What you will bring to LTK

Able to demonstrate influencer growth experience; relationships and growing talent
2+ years influencer facing experience in influencer marketing, agencies, affiliate, talent management performance marketing or ecommerce. Categories in fashion, beauty, lifestyle are preferred.
Excellent understanding of the social media landscape and trends in UK (i.e. TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube, Instagram, etc.).
Great understanding of Analytics and Data, with astute ability to optimise tactics accordingly and implement scalable strategies where necessary
Proactive communication and can do attitude
Excellent verbal, written and phone skills in fluent in English
Proficiency with general office software (Excel, Keynote, Word, Google Docs)
A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence
Adaptability to a dynamic, fastmoving environment
A growth mindset and openness to feedback
