Salary starting at £75,000, increasing depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

Providing legal advice on a range of banking and finance matters, including loan agreements, security documentation, and financial regulatory compliance
Conducting legal due diligence on banking and finance transactions and providing risk analysis and mitigation strategies
Drafting and negotiating legal agreements and documents, including security documentation, loan agreements, and intercreditor agreements
Providing strategic advice to clients on the legal aspects of financial transactions and contributing to the development of business strategies
Liaising with clients and other professional advisors, such as financial advisers, accountants, and tax advisers
Keeping up to date with the latest developments in banking and finance law and sharing this knowledge with colleagues and clients
