About us
Lilleybrook Care Home is a purpose built 60 bed nursing home where our passion is care and support.
We offer residential, palliative, nursing and dementia care for residents, and we are passionate about ensuring residents continue to lead active lives and play a fulfilling role within the community.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a receptionist to work on the front desk and to be the first point of contact for the home.
The work involves answering the phone, transferring calls, taking messages, escorting visitors onto the unit, assisting the home manager with general office duties such as Payroll, Rota's and Invoicing.
What you can bring
You will have a smart appearance, need to be enthusiastic, with an outgoing personality.
Experience of handling phone calls (it can get busy) and dealing with the public are a necessity, along with a working knowledge of computers and Word, as some typing of letters and research is involved.
Hours
Full time:
Monday - Friday / No weekends.
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary:
£10.00 per hour
