My client is an established and highly successful practice of Chartered Surveyors looking for the right person to join their Professional Services team.

Role Features
Senior level role with the autonomy to manage and prioritise your own work to achieve best results

A brand new hybrid role within a thriving and successful business

An opportunity to win new business, expand and lead the Professional Services Team

Client facing end to end role working collaboratively with Property Management and Tenant Services Teams

Work on behalf of Landlords and Occupiers across existing client base of major national occupiers and smaller regional franchisees


Role Benefits
Basic salary of £50,000- £70,000 defendant on experience

Great company culture with 4 o clock finish on a Friday

Optional Hybrid work schedule

Opportunity to grow the role, the team and progress to more senior levels


Personal Requirements
MRICS/ FRICS with at least 5 years PQE

Substantial experience on all aspects of L&T including Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews and Re Gears

Experience of Third Party Submissions as an independent Expert
