The Role:
We are looking for motivated and personable Recruitment Consultants to join our in-house recruitment team.
Based in central Woking, the role works in a close-knit specialist team as part of a lively and busy office.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a professional, fun and rewarding environment.You will be:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Clientbusiness relationship generation and management
- Client site meetings and presentations
- Telephone and facetoface interviewing
- Achieving weekly and monthly activity and financial targets
- Telephonebased sales and customer service
- Commitment to high level customer services and practices
You will have:
- 13 years sales experience
- Drive, ambition and the will to succeed
- A strong work ethic
- IT skills
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A proven background in delivering to targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Qualifications & Experience:

If you meet your targets consistently for over a year, you could progress into either a Team Leadership or Business Development Manager (BDM) role.
