About us
Baby Ballers is a small business in West Malling. We are social, creative and engaging.

Our ethos is Learningthroughplay, we use football as a framework for learning. We work with children aged 16 months - 5 years old. We work on colours, numbers, hand eye co-ordination, following instructions, and listening skills.

Responsibilities:

Collect and set up equipment ready for session.
Ensure the Assistant Coach understands and knows responsibilities for that weeks session.
Complete an accurate register at the beginning of every class.
Familarise yourself with the childrens names so you can use their names when engaging with them.
Ensure new parents and children are welcomed and the basics explained at the start of the class.
Manage each activity throughout the class, knowing when to move on if the activity isn't engaging enough for the class.
Bringing lots of energy and enthusiasm to each class, being loud with all positive reinforcement and instructions.
Wearing our BabyBallers uniform to each session.
Keeping track of equipment and kits if new ones need ordering.
Clearing down equipment at the end of the session and bringing back to BabyBaller headquarters.
Locking up and ensuring hall is left clean and secure.
