JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Direct Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at inzenity.

As a leading direct marketing company, we employ innovative strategies to connect directly with customers and promote our clients' products or services.

This role involves executing targeted marketing campaigns, developing creative marketing materials, and tracking campaign performance to achieve optimal results.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan and Execute Direct Marketing Campaigns:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing objectives and target audience.
• Devise creative and targeted marketing strategies to reach the desired audience.
• Create and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels (online, print, direct mail, etc.).
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

Develop Compelling Marketing Materials:

• Craft persuasive ad copies, sales scripts, and marketing content that resonate with target customers.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing and attentiongrabbing marketing materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral.

Manage Customer Database:

• Identify and acquire data of potential customers for targeted marketing purposes.
• Segment customer database based on various criteria to personalize marketing materials.
• Continuously update and maintain customer database for accuracy and relevancy.

Track Campaign Performance and Measure KPIs:

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using various tools and metrics.
• Generate detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and KPIs.
• Use data insights to make datadriven recommendations and optimize future marketing efforts.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in direct marketing techniques.
• Continuously research and implement innovative marketing strategies to stay ahead in the market.
• Attend relevant industry conferences, workshops, and seminars to expand knowledge and skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong understanding of marketing principles, customer behavior, and segmentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Note:
Previous experience as a brand ambassador or in sales is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
