You'll be part of an industry-leading team, working with Marshall and other major defence stakeholders and Primes.

We are seeking an experienced individual from a warehouse background to work within our Manufacturing facility.

  • Inspection of incoming goods i.e., Raw materials and Subcontract manufactured parts
  • Inspection of all associated paperwork i.e., Certificates of Conformity and manufacturers paperwork
  • Issue of parts and raw material to the manufacturing workshop
  • Carry out regular stock level checks
  • Assist in internal and external audits
  • Ensure that the working environment is safe for those working in and visiting the store in line with the company H&S procedures
  • Ensure security of the warehouse environment and maintain access control
  • Take a proactive approach to the daily store's operation
  • Participate in continuous Improvement activities within the warehouse environment and make suggestions for improvement.
  • Ensure all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the Company's procedures and requirements.
  • Lead, follow up and resolve customer concerns
Individual should be able to understand Stores requirements - Ideally have experience in stores environment.

  • Experience in handling and managing stock within a store's environment
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks based on agreed larger goals
  • Excellent communication skills must be able to be demonstrated.
  • Forklift qualification desirable but not essential as training will be given
  • Certified in Dangerous Goods handling and Aviation security

  • Computer literate with good numeric skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills and able to establish logical practical solutions.
