As a member of our growing inclusion academy, you'll support students' academic progress by delivering functional skills to year-olds, guiding their personal growth, and getting involved with our broader enrichment offer such as residentials and trips to keep learners engaged with their education.

Close work with students who are at risk of becoming NEET is essential.

In addition to the college's wider CPD programme, we can support with specialist training for areas such as SEND, Autism & Challenging Behaviours - making this role ideal if you're a dedicated teacher who wants to focus your career on making sure no students are left behind.


You will also be fully supported in bringing fresh ideas to the table and integrating creative teaching methods to bring the curriculum to life and ensure students reach positive destinations.

You will be carrying out the full breadth of Lecturer duties, including:

  • Deliver Functional skills from Entry level to Level
  • Deliver GCSE Maths
  • Help develop innovative new ways to keep students with complex backgrounds and needs engaged with their learning
  • Take part in industryleading CPD
  • Champion our singleminded commitment to putting students first
  • Exemplify our values of inclusivity, diversity and celebrating achievement

Though ideally, you will:


  • Have experience working with learners with additional needs and young people who have disengaged from education
  • Be able to deliver functional skills as well as maths up to GCSE level
