Looking for a multi-skilled designer, with an ability to execute briefs from internal stakeholders, whilst maintaining our brand standards and wider best practice.


We are pushing our new brand at the moment, and there will be the opportunity to work across print, digital and motion.

Description

  • Participate in creative sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
  • Work with Brand Marketing to ensure alignment of brand guidelines.
  • Maintain exceptional quality control and consistency, ensuring design is completed to the highest quality through the most sustainable techniques.
  • Provide accurate timelines for each part of the design process, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Build strong internal working relationships and influence relevant stakeholders.
  • Bring new and innovative ideas to improve design quality and increase conversion and sales.
  • Staying ahead of advancements in design as well as new software and techniques, contemporary trends in production and sustainability.

Profile

  • A portfolio showing a range of beautifully crafted campaign and branding projects where you have led the work and been involved in creative concept
  • Advanced skills in typography and layout
  • Solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign
  • Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere is a bonus
  • A full understanding of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint for the creation of presentations and pitches
  • Thorough knowledge of print and digital design processes and limitations.
  • Being motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a good communicator
  • Ability to articulate and champion your ideas both internally and in front of clients
  • Having a keen eye for detail your work is produced to pixel perfection working within grid frameworks, with consistency throughout
