You will be part of a small team of 3.

The Buyer role will involve raising purchase orders, buying a wide range of machined parts and sheet metal items, with daily use of the MRP system.

You will also get involved in managing supplier relationships, lookingfor new ones or improving the relationship (and cost saving) with existing suppliers.

You will be positive and confident in your ability, and will have most of the following skills and experience:

  • Experience of purchasing machined parts and sheet metal items.
  • Experience in a similar role such as Buyer, Purchasing Assistant, Operations Assistant, Procurement Officer, Supply Chain Coordinator
  • Previously worked within a small to mediumsized company.
  • ERP experience it doesn't matter which one
You will probably live in or around one of these places: Bournemouth, Poole, Southampton, Wimborne, Christchurch, Totton, Ringwood, Fordingbridge, Salisbury
