Job Title:
Health & Safety Advisor (Office Based)

Hours are semi-flexible to suit, generally between 8:30 am - 4:30 pm


Report to:
Company Directors

Who are we?


We are a straight talking, software enabled, health and safety company that provides Health and Safety Support to a diverse range of clients throughout several industries.

Our business has 2 main parts, software and service.

  • Software:_ We have created a risk assessment software solution (RAMs App) and online training (elearning) courses which assist over 4000 clients with health and safety compliance.
  • Service_: Traditional, remote health and safety advice and support by means of acting as a competent person, advice, document creation and support with external accreditations such as CHAS, Constructionline, SMAS etc.

You will be at the heart of helping our clients - providing an impressive, honest and trustworthy service we can all be proud of.

We were awarded with a Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award in 2021 and have maintained it since.

The role will develop, as the company grows, so being able to adapt to change is essential.

We know where we are going, how we get there will likely change - the journey will be exciting and rewarding.

Some things that you would be expected to do in this role include:


  • Content management and quality control.
  • Development of content to be used within our marketleading software solution.
  • Reviewing existing software content following changes in any relevant industry guidance or legislation.
  • Management of COSHH assessment database.
  • Creating and reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
  • Help with the development of training course content.
  • Site visits and 3rd party audits on an adhoc basis.
  • Having some good old proper fun, laughing hard, working hard but enjoying your job while doing it.
