**Technical Conveyancer

  • Ideally, you will be a Solicitor, CLC or CILEX qualified, although this is not essential.
  • Have several years of experience in case handling and demonstrable technical experience relating to Leasehold, New Build, and other complex areas of conveyancing.
  • Must be experienced in managing your own caseload
  • Have excellent IT and verbal and written communication skills

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Representing clients through residential property sales & purchase conveyancing transaction
  • Ownership of complex files (Lease Extensions, Newbuilds and Shared Ownership, Stair Casing etc.)
  • Raising & replying to enquiries
  • Corresponding with clients, agents, lenders, and providers
