Specialist Applications Team Assistant - Manchester, United Kingdom - Search Consultancy
Description
Duties involved in this role will include:
- Processing and keeping track of structured report requests, sending reminders and maintaining records accordingly.
- Be responsible for producing the Specialist Applications survey results, including compiling the data and producing the report.
- Reconcile invoices associated with daily mailings
- Supporting team managers in the collation of materials for external events.
- Previous administrative experience
- Strong IT skills preferably with experience using Siebel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
