Description

Duties involved in this role will include:

  • Processing and keeping track of structured report requests, sending reminders and maintaining records accordingly.
  • Be responsible for producing the Specialist Applications survey results, including compiling the data and producing the report.
  • Reconcile invoices associated with daily mailings
  • Supporting team managers in the collation of materials for external events.
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Strong IT skills preferably with experience using Siebel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
