    This is a senior market facing role offering the opportunity to play a key part in shaping how delegated authority business is overseen across the London Market. You will sit at the centre of delegated authority oversight working closely with managing agents and senior stakeholders to drive strong governance effective risk management and best practice.The role offers real visibility and influence with exposure to complex delegated authority structures high profile market participants and strategic initiatives. You will join a collaborative and forward thinking environment where expertise is valued opinions are heard and there is genuine scope to make an impact on how delegated authority operates across the market.Key responsibilities

    • Overseeing managing agents adherence to delegated authority principles governance standards and oversight expectations
    • Providing risk based oversight across delegated authority arrangements including MGAs broker facilities and structured programmes
    • Identifying emerging risks issues or themes and taking proportionate action including escalation where required
    • Conducting capability assessments thematic reviews and targeted assurance activity
    • Building strong transparent relationships with managing agents to support effective oversight and information sharing
    • Maintaining a clear market view on delegated authority capability feeding into governance forums and senior committees
    • Leading on complex or problematic delegated authority issues applying sound judgement and market knowledge
    • Collaborating with wider oversight performance and operations teams to align objectives and priorities
    • Contributing to best practice guidance thought leadership and continuous improvement across delegated authority oversight

    Experience you will need

    • Strong experience in delegated authority oversight governance or compliance within the Lloyd's or London Market
    • Deep understanding of delegated authority business models controls and regulatory expectations
    • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes
    • Strong analytical skills with confidence making risk based decisions
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle challenging conversations
    • A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge improve and drive positive change
