  • Process and record sales and purchase invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and in a timely manner
  • Verify and reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy of accounts payable
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate sales and purchase ledger records
  • Assist with monthend closing activities, including preparing reports and reconciliations
  • Communicate with suppliers to resolve any payment or invoice discrepancies
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper coding and approval of invoices
  • Assist with adhoc financial analysis and reporting as needed

  • Proven experience as a Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk or in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
