'''Duties'''- Process and record sales and purchase invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify and reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy of accounts payable
- Maintain accurate and uptodate sales and purchase ledger records
- Assist with monthend closing activities, including preparing reports and reconciliations
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve any payment or invoice discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper coding and approval of invoices
- Assist with adhoc financial analysis and reporting as needed
- Proven experience as a Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk or in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
