Part time - 25 hours per week
This post represents an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a team of staff in Keele University's Sport Department.
In addition the centre also hosts health and fitness facilities for use by the University's Staff and members of the local community.
This role is responsible for providing administrative and reception support to the Sports Centre in order to ensure the smooth running of administrative processes, as well as delivering excellent customer service.
Duties will include administering and monitoring the sports software booking programmes, responding to customer queries, running regular reports for the Operations and Active Lifestyles manager and other colleagues, and actively encouraging membership sales.
The hours of work are 25 per week, typically Monday to Friday, 7.15am pm, however some flexibility is required regarding working hours in order to support the needs of the service.
