As Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll help us on our journey to becoming a World Championship contending race team by growing that talent across our business - in F1, Indy Car, Electric Racing, esports, Marketing, and our support functions.

Your team

You'll work closely with our Head of Talent Acquisition, and you'll be part of a progressive People Team that has already delivered significant transformation and positive change.

Your day-to-day

You'll spend your time:

Recruiting talent across our business, from engineering and manufacturing to marketing and a wide range of support functions, delivered in a flexible working environment.
Managing our agreed hiring process for each role you recruit for, and focusing on continually improving the way we work.
Effectively partnering with stakeholders to advise on best practise
Stepping outside of your comfort zone and getting involved in exciting projects across our wider People Team

Your story

To join our race for performance, you'll need:

Multiple years' recruitment experience, either in house or agency-based, and ideally a background in our industry or closely related.
An ability to thrive in a fastgrowing business where things genuinely do move at pace.
To not be afraid to act on feedback, challenge the status quo, or learn new ways to work.
To be able to manage your time effectively, prioritise your workload, and take responsibility for your decisions.
Experience of using the full Microsoft 365 Office Suite.
