The founder and Director is a Paediatrician working as a Lead Consultant for Neurodisability in Hillingdon and has a vast experience in training and app development.

Job Description:
Psychologist or SENCO

Job Responsibilities:
1.


Individualized Intervention:
Implement tailored intervention strategies for neurodiverse children, adjusting approaches based on their developmental age and specific needs.

2.


Training and Software Utilization:
Undergo comprehensive training to proficiently use our specialized software and app. Educate parents and schools on the effective utilization of these tools for the benefit of the children.

Diagnosis Communication:
Effectively communicate diagnoses to parents and educators, ensuring clarity and understanding. Provide ongoing support and guidance in implementing recommended strategies.

Follow-Up Support:

Maintain regular follow-up with parents, schools, and other stakeholders to monitor progress, address concerns, and adjust intervention plans as necessary.

5.


Weekly Support Sessions:
Conduct weekly support sessions for enrolled parents, schools, and team members. Facilitate an open and collaborative environment for sharing insights, challenges, and successes.

6.


Professional Development:
Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in the field of neurodiversity and child psychology. Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Psychologist or SENCO.
  • HCPC registration is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated passion for working with neurodiverse children and their families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to undergo training in the use of specialized software and app.
